The BlueGen Headquarters was designed as a boutique, representative workspace exuding quiet elegance. The design features a unique blue acoustic grid ceiling floating above a central light wood core. The interplay of soft materials, glass transparency, and sea views creates an exclusive and precise atmosphere befitting a corporate HQ.

The architectural concept for the HQ focuses on creating an "island of calm" within the urban environment. The space is defined by a striking Deep Blue Acoustic Grid Ceiling made of felt. This element serves as both a strong visual statement aligning with the brand's identity and a functional solution providing superior sound insulation in corridors and common areas. At the heart of the headquarters lies a "Central Wood Core" a complex carpentry volume housing a hidden kitchenette, seating niches, and storage. This core fluidly divides the space without the need for heavy walls. Surrounding it are meeting rooms and private offices enclosed by glass partitions with a gradient frosting effect, balancing transparency with privacy while allowing natural light and sea views to permeate the entire floor.
מטה חברת BlueGen תוכנן כמרחב עבודה בוטיקי וייצוגי, המשדר איפוק ומקצועיות. העיצוב מתאפיין בתקרה אקוסטית ייחודית בתצורת גריד כחול, המרחפת מעל ליבת נגרות מרכזית מעץ בהיר. השילוב בין חומרים רכים, זכוכית ונוף הים יוצר אווירה אקסקלוסיבית ומדויקת ההולמת את מטה החברה. הקונספט האדריכלי בתכנון המטה נשען על יצירת "אי של שקט" בלב הסביבה האורבנית. האלמנט המרכזי המגדיר את החלל הוא תקרת הגריד האקוסטית (Acoustic Felt Grid) בגוון כחול עמוק. תקרה זו אינה רק אלמנט ויזואלי המזוהה עם צבעי המותג, אלא פתרון פונקציונלי המעניק בידוד אקוסטי מעולה למסדרונות ולאזורים המשותפים. במרכז המטה הצבנו "קוביית עץ" (Central Wood Core) – אלמנט נגרות מורכב המכיל בתוכו מטבחון נסתר, נישות ישיבה ואזורי אחסון, ומחלק את החלל בצורה זורמת ללא צורך בקירות כבדים. סביב הליבה הזו ממוקמים חדרי הישיבות והמשרדים, התחומים במחיצות זכוכית עם אפקט דירוג (Gradient) המאזן בין שקיפות לפרטיות, ומאפשר לאור הטבעי ולנוף הים לחדור לכל פינה במשרד.
