OverView

The network’s new headquarters was designed as a workspace that reflects values of openness, inclusivity, and renewal. Spanning approximately 2,000 square meters, the offices blend contemporary functionality with local warmth and identity. Transparent glass façades and an open grid layout express a sense of transparency and collaboration. Natural materials—including wood, local stone, and soft textiles—create an inviting, informal atmosphere that bridges the worlds of education, leadership, and social impact. Meeting rooms and workspaces were designed for maximum modularity, with an emphasis on fluid movement between zones, intuitive daily flow, and a user experience that respects the rhythm of work and life. The network’s visual identity is subtly integrated into the walls, furniture, and lighting details—seamlessly connecting brand presence with a sense of home. The design concept is rooted in the idea of belonging, shaping a visitor experience that begins at the entrance and continues throughout—a sense of community expressed through material, light, and detail.
