The new headquarters for the ATID network was designed with a vision to shatter the traditional institutional image. The challenge was to create a workspace that projects the strength and innovation of a leading organization, while simultaneously maintaining intimacy, warmth, and a sense of belonging. The architectural design is rooted in values of transparency and collaboration, an open grid layout that facilitates continuous visual connection and natural flow between departments, utilizing materiality that bridges the gap between the corporate world and local warmth. Industrial Design and Carpentry: As part of the studio's DNA, the core furniture pieces are not "off-the-shelf products". The reception desk, seating areas, and claddings were developed and planned by an industrial designer from the studio team starting from the sketch stage down to production. This combination of disciplines allows us to create unique elements (One-off) that precisely serve the functional needs and brand identity of the network. Ceiling Development and Acoustics: Dealing with an open space required a non-standard solution. Instead of using generic tiles, we developed and manufactured dedicated acoustic ceilings specifically for the project spaces. The solution combines high-level noise isolation with original design, alongside double-glazed glass partitions that maintain quiet without obstructing natural light and the sea view. Planning Flexibility: The heart of the office is the large assembly area. We designed it as a dynamic and multi-purpose space, on a daily basis it functions as an open wellness lounge, but when needed it knows how to change and divide into enclosed training classrooms or intimate meeting zones for individual learning. Local Materiality and Contrast: Use of raw local stone in the entrance lobby creating a powerful contrast against the modern and clean lines of the office. The stone introduces texture and depth, and connects the office to the Israeli environment and roots.
